We have included the Burnet County resource cards as samples to show providers what we would like to do for Williamson County. We will be requesting provider input.

These Resource Cards were created to assist anyone encountering older adults with unmet basic needs including housing, food, transportation, financial assistance, accessing benefits, dementia support, and veterans' services. They can be used any time someone encounters an older adult who needs help.
